  • 2 tsp of undiluted powdered cayenne pepper
  • 2 glass cups of any fresh fruit juice

Directions:

  1. Include one tsp of undiluted cayenne
    pepper to a cup glass of any fresh fruit juice & blend well.

5- Fenugreek Seeds

Recipes:

  • 2 tsp of clean fenugreek
    seeds (Alholva or Fenogreco)

Directions:

  1. Soak a tsp of clean fenugreek seeds
    overnight with clean water & drink this the following morning.
  2. Alternatively, you can boil a tsp of
    clean fenugreek seeds in clean water for 6 minutes & drink the mixture immediately
    after straining.

6- Almonds

Recipes:

  • A handful of pure
    almonds

Directions:

  1. Soak a handful of pure almonds in clean
    water for 2 hours 
  2. Gently remove the skin & eat the
    almonds.
  3. You can also blend the same amounts of
    pure almond oil & pure rose oil & massage the mixture on your chest for
    immediate relief.
